Paid for ten shirts and received one pair of pants. Can't get anyone to make this right.
I disputed the charges through PayPal, and this sham of a company responded with a tracking number that wasn't for my order. Now, I'm out of money and still can't get them to make it right.
It's been 8 weeks and I still haven't received my order. Do not buy from this place!

Resolved: They sent me the wrong size pants
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
Trying to get in touch with them, they never answer the phone or email. My order number is 70884. My phone number is 732-620-****.

Refused to refund
I placed an order and didn't hear from them for a week until I followed up to ask about it. I said I needed them by a certain date.
Their response was that everything shipped. Of course, they didn't arrive on time and then refused to compensate me for the shipping to return everything, even though I specifically asked them to arrive by a certain date and offered to pay extra to make that happen.
Terrible customer service. I do not recommend.

Great shirts, great price arrived quickly
They sold me Carhartt shirts that are usually 50 dollars retail for about 9 dollars, including shipping. I will check them first for my next clothing purchases.

Pants are 2 sizes too small. They should put in the ad the pant are 2 sizes smaller than usual size.

Great value , I bought the product and was very pleased with the quality and delivery. Quality was better than I expected.
In fact when I received my order I immediately ordered twice as much again because I was so pleased of the quality. As long as I receive similar quality I will continue to shop here for all my work clothes.

I am the owner of walts clothing located in Woonsocket RI. We are NOT affiliated with Walts Used Clothing.
They are based out of West Virginia and have no relation to our store. We do not sell used clothing nor offer online shopping.
Please remove the information you have pertaining to my store because the calls we get are tying up our lines for our actual customers and account holders. Feel free to visit our website at WALTSCLOTHING.COM and see that we are NOT the used clothing store.

Wrong number. Wrong address.
Walts used clothing is based out of West Virginia. Yet this page states that my business is the corporate office and gives our number for customer service.
We are a small stored based out of RI which is called Walts Clothing. We sell high end, name brand boots and clothes. We do not sell used clothes nor do any sort of online orders. Please update this information as people are calling and tying up our lines.
We are NOT Walts used clothing. We are simply a small shop with a similar name.

Unethical Company
This company uses deceptive marketing practices and written misrepresentations of products to effect sales. Caveat Emptor, people!
This company lies.
I saw a listing and picture for 100% Cotton scrubs on the Walt's Used Work Clothes web site. The price was good. I looked through the site to see if the scrub pants were guaranteed to be pure cotton. There was a statement that read '100% Cotton Guaranteed'.
I purchased three pairs of scrubs because I cannot wear polyester; it's uncomfortable.
Apparently, somewhere in the fine print on another area of the site there was a disclaimer that 'clothing may be polyester'. When the scrub pants arrived ($9.95 shipping) I was really dismayed that all the labels read 65% Polyester 35% Cotton. I contacted the company and got no response for ten days or so.
When they did reply their response was essentially, Too bad, We warned you.
This company lies by omission and product misrepresentation. READ the FINE PRINT.

Fraud on fulfilling an order
I have dealt with this company in the past and every order that I place with them there were issues. Some 10 years ago I stopped dealing with them.
The cost benefit isn't there for me. Their philosophy of doing business and mine don't exactly match. It would be a good choice if they were a little more careful on sending what they originally offered for sale. Price wise it may be a better choice if one goes to a Salvation Army or Goodwill store, if one is available.
My choice has been to search online for someone reputable that carries what I'm looking for.
There may be a customer for them but, I think, the expectations should be sightly above getting an used rag. If that fits you and you don't mind overpaying for used rags, knock yourself out.

They are fraudulent on their returns, we sent ours back and we did not get a refund
The shirts they sent were awful, I paid extra for taking the patches off, they were so big that our patches did not even cover part of it, so we sent them back.remember, they say no return hassles...well, we did not even get one cent back. I wrote them they said if I had no proof, too bad..but they have a way of tracking them when they are putting them back...I sent all appropriate information, they will not give me back my money! So beware when you order, the Shirts were awful,dingy NOT GOOD!
